1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing "BlockFill: Grid Puzzle" (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER (MJANDROIDDEV) HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

3. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER (MJANDROIDDEV) BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEVICE DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE).

4. User Conduct & Local Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Game complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or tamper with the Game files or bypass any copy protections, scoring mechanics, or built-in limitations.

5. In-Game Currency and Progress

The Game includes virtual currency (coins) and progress scores. These are virtual elements stored locally on your device or via Google Play Cloud Saves and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for physical currency, goods, or services. The developer is not responsible for any loss of virtual progress due to device modification, data deletion, or application uninstallation.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Game, including but not limited to the source code, game mechanics, algorithms, visual UI elements, design grids, fonts, and custom audio assets, remain the exclusive property of the developer or license holders.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, excluding its conflicts of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts local to the developer.
